Since it's a gadget, let's go over some gadget things, like...

Intresting...ness...I think: 10. Very good, especially since you put such cool stuff in it.
Music: 10. Becaauuse...It's Newgrounds music!
Addictiveness: 9. Because, it's got some nice stuff that lasts a long time, but, it doesn't seem like something that I would ALWAYS play.
Creativity: 10. A lot of Windows games have been made, but I love this one more than all others combined.
Overall: 9. A super cool, funny, and fun gadget that is going in my favorites!

Okay, I'll make this...kinda quick.

Story: 9/10. Simple as that.
Graphics: 10/10. BEAUTIFUL graphics. I loved them. Very good job.
Levels: 8/10. Nice, but some were...I just didn't like some.
Music: 6/10. Mostly good, but kind of annoying after a while.
Gameplay: 8/10. Slightly difficult, just how I like them.
Addictiveness: 5/10. I just couldn't find myself playing this for a whole day. Sorry.
Creativity: 9/10. Speaks for itsself.
Overall:9/10. Silly, fun, and loveable game.

Now, let's get the major trouble out of the way. The worst two things were probably the controls, which took forever to figure out, and the races. Ohhh I hated the races. Now, onto the summary:
Story: 8. A car wants to kill people. Nice and simple.
Wepons: 10. Very creative, and the prices kept you playing.
Addictingness: 7. Fun for a long time, but after a while it gets pretty boring.
Battles: 9. Attacking the people was really fun. I liked that bit.
Graphics: 10. I love the graphics. Super fun to see something that simple.
Voice Acting: 6. He was annyoing. I hated when it screamed, "LOSER" When I'd mess up a level, but, he's a nice actor.
Hmm...and I forgetting anything...? Oh yeah!
Music: 4. I don't like that kind of music very much. Atleast there's a mute button.
Overall: 8. A fun, simple, slightly challenging game with an awesome wepon selection, along with some killer controls and a nice idea.

Now, I'll make this short. It took longer to load than it did to play. It was sooooo short...it was just a murder here, and there, and BOOM!
Graphics: 4. The gore was pretty good, but the graphics still sucked.
Voices: 1. Horrible. You need to work on those voices.
Gameplay: 2. Was fun to kill at first, but then it became a chore.
Music: 5. Not bad.
Wepons: 7. Actually creative. I liked the wepons.
Overall: 3. This is a time waster, in epic proportions.
